To define the knowledge synthesis used by graph.md, some of the main concepts defined by Nonaka, who is the most referenced author in the world on Knowledge Management, are brought up. The emphasis is necessary to emphasize our vision by the definition of the primary concept that gives rise to the name of the proposed solution: Knowledge Synthesis!
Considering the ideas:
(a) IT and Modularity: analogous to the old container (standard size) for international maritime transport;
(b) Commoditization: the modularity trap;
(c) Knowledge Synthesis: Modular and Integral;
Fundamentals of Knowledge Synthesis
The goal of Synthesis is, therefore, to provide a higher level of knowledge base analysis tools so that Graph Data Science Scientists can work together with people to simplify an increasingly complex scenario.
In this way, the conception of an organization as a machine for producing and processing information is criticized. Thus establishing the knowledge-creating entity as the base element of all the ideas presented below, in the graph.md universe:
[KNOWLEDGE CREATION AND STRATEGY COMMITMENT]
KNOWLEDGE CREATION AS A SYNTHESIZING PROCESS:
Synthesis is not a conciliation. On the contrary, it is the cultivation of opposing traits through the dynamic process of dialogue and practice;
Entities coexist with the environment because they are subject to environmental influences, just as the environment is influenced by entities;
This conceptualization of the interdependence between entities and structure is similar to the theory of structuration. Existing theories, which deal with the static state of an organization at a given moment, cannot deal with such a dynamic process.
How can we explain the dynamic process of knowledge creation and use?
The basic argument is that knowledge creation is a synthesizing process through which organizations interact with individuals and the environment to transcend emerging paradoxes.
Promotion of Knowledge Creation Within the Synthetic Universe: Additionally, and complementarily, [graph.md/md/brain] presents the structural concepts associated with Knowledge Management. These concepts are: "Bah" and "Basho", defined by the Japanese Nishida Kitaro, who sought to integrate Eastern and Western philosophies. At this level, we are working with a complex system. The focus once again is to invert the center of development from companies to personal bases. Here the importance of creating collaborative spaces for synthesis within the graph.md platform, as previously mentioned. We believe that we are at the ideal technological moment to carry out this transformation. [synthesis e1 audiobook]
